After the release of Bihar ITI Result 2025, the next step for the candidates is the counseling process, which is based on their rank card and merit list. Below is a step-by-step description of what will happen after the result:
- Downloading Rank Card : First of all, all the candidates have to download their rank card as this is the only document required to participate in the counselling.
- Merit List Will Be Released : BCECEB will release the merit list on the basis of district and category in which the candidate will be ranked as per their merit.
- Counseling process will begin : Based on the merit list, candidates will have to register for counseling. In this, they will select the course and institute of their choice.
- Document Verification : To participate in the counselling, candidates will need all their original documents like – 10th mark sheet, caste certificate, residence certificate, admit card, rank card etc.
- Seat Allotment : After participating in counselling, candidates will be allotted seats in institutes as per their merit, category and preference.
- Admission : After getting the seat, the candidate will have to go to the concerned ITI institute and take admission within the prescribed time limit.
- Second and Mop-up Round : If someone does not get a seat or is not satisfied with the first round, he/she can participate in the second or mop-up round.
