भारतीय डाक विभाग बहुत वर्षों से ग्रामीण डाक सेवक की भर्ती लेता रहा है इसमें वैसे जितने भी छात्र हैं जो जिन्होंने मैट्रिकुलेशन यानी की दसवीं पास कर रखी हो , इस वैकेंसी के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। भारतीय डाक विभाग हाल ही में ग्रामीण डाक सेवक के 21443 पद पर आवेदन के लिए पोर्टल शुरू कर दिया है। ग्रामीण डाक सेवक का काम ग्रामीण इलाकों में भारतीय डाक सेवा को सुनिश्चित करना है ।
Age Limit and Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Age: 18 Years as on 03-03-2024
- Maximum Age : 40 Years as on 03-03-2024
- Age Relaxation Criteria as Per Rules and Category.
- Passed Class 10th (High School) Exam in Related State Board /Central Board in India.
- Knowledge of Local Language / Knowledge of Cycling.

Selection Process & Payscale India Post GDS
- Pay Scale: BPM- Rs.12,000- 14,500 /- || ABPM/ Dak Sevak-Rs.10,000- 12,000/-
