Bihar Staff Selection Commission has invited online appliation form for all those who has skill of stenography. Age Limit and Eligibility Criteria
- For Male (General/ EWS) 18-37 Yrs.
- For Female (General) 18-40 Yrs.
- For Male /Female (OBC/ EBC): 18-40 Yrs.
- For Male /Female (SC/ ST): 18-42 Yrs.
- Stenographer:-
1. Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination passed.
2. Knowledge of Stenography and Computer Typing / Basic of Computer / Word Processing. - Instructor Stenographer:-
1. Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination passed.
2. Shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and Hindi Computer Typing speed of 30 words per minute and
English Computer Typing speed of 35 words per minute.

- Selection Process :- Selection is based on written exam, Skill Test & Typing Test.
- Pay Scale :- Stenographer: Level-4 || Instructor Stenographer: Level-6

- Candidates need to register first from the direct link given below.
- No change in registration details is allowed once registration is done.
- After successful Registration, a system-generated Registration number and password will be sent to
the registered email id and SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number. - After logging in candidates are required to enter personal details, Correspondence address, and
Permanent address and click on the Save button. - Now verify the details entered on the appeared page and find the Edit & Next button at bottom of the page. Click the Edit button if you want to make changes in personal details, Correspondence address, and Permanent address otherwise click Next.
- Now you will be directed to the Payment Page. Make payment using the SBI Payment Gateway or ICICI bank Payment Getaway.
- After successful payment, fill in the educational details.
- Upload your scanned photograph and signature.
- After successfully uploading the Signature and Photograph, Accept the terms and conditions and
click Submit button for final submission. The online application process will be completed. - Print the application form and payment slip. Keep the copy for all future correspondence with the
Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna.
