• Maximum Age of a Candidate is 25 Years as on 17-02-2023
• General / OBC / EWS (Male ) – Rs-550/-
• SC / ST / All Category Female – Rs -450/-

IB Recruitment SA/ MTS 2023 Educational Qualification

Educational Qualification needed to apply for this recruitment in which you will get security assistant posts and Multi tasking posts. Candidates who are applying for this recruitment must have completed matriculation or class 10th from a recognised Board in India. Candidate who are apply must posses domicile certificate of the state which they are applying by the government body. Candidates must have knowledge of local language of the state or the region for which you are applying.

IB Recruitment SA/ MTS 2023 Selection Process & PayScale

• Selection is Based on Tier I Exam, After Qualifying tier I Exam Candidates have to Qualify Tier II Exam & After this stage candidate has to qualifty Interview to Join this IB Recruitment.
• Tier I Exam is Computer Based Examination which Contains 5 Section Each with 20 Question and Total of 100 Questions with 100 Marks. Negative marking of 1/4 marks is applicable.
• Tier I Exam has Five Sections
  a) General Awareness
  b) Quantitative Aptitude
  c) Numerical/Analytical/Logical Ability & Reasoning
  d) English Language &
  e) General Studies
• Tier II Exam is descriptive Exam and will be conducted Offline and this tier is qualifiying in nature. Translation of a passage of 500 words from local language/dialect to English and vice versa. This part consist of 40 Marks. Spoken ability {to be assessed at the time of Tier-III exam (Interview/ Personality test) of 10 Marks. Candidates have to secure 20 Marks in tier II out of 50 Marks.
• PayScale :- Rs- 21,700/- to 69,100/- ( Level – 3 ) || Rs – 18,000/-  to 56,900/- ( Level – 1)
