• Answer the letter or mail that comes to the High court by getting input from the seniors
• Maintain an inventory and make sure that all the office supplies are available and nothing is left behind.

• Graduation in any discipline from a Recognized University/ Institution.
• Diploma/ Certificate of at least 06 month’s course in Computer Application (from a Recognized
  Institution)

Mode of Selection of Patna High Court Assistant

• Preliminary Test (Multiple Choice Question Based Objective Type)
• Written Test (Descriptive Type)
•  Computer Proficiency Test
•  Interview.
• Minimum Qualifying Standard :- The minimum qualifying standard shall be :-
• 40% marks in Preliminary Test
• 40% marks in each section of Written Test
• 30% marks in Interview.

How to Apply Online for Patna High Court Assistant ?

1.  The candidate must ensure that he/she has an active e-mail ID and Mobile number. The e-mail ID and the Mobile number are required to be preserved till publication of final result.
2. Visit the “Recruitments” tab in the column on the left hand menu of official website of Patna High Court (http://patnahighcourt.gov.in).
3. Click on the link “Assistant Recruitment Examination, 2023” Click on “Apply online”.
4. Click on the link “New Registration” to register.
5. On the registration page, a candidate is required to fill all required details carefully.
6. Candidates are advised to print the Registration Page for their future reference.
7. Thereafter, the candidate will have to Login by using Registration Number and Password shared via SMS/Email.
8. After login, form for detailed application will open where the data provided at the time of registration shall be visible in prefilled format and it cannot be altered.
9. At first, a candidate is required to fill in his/ her Personal Details and then click “submit”. On this page, the candidate will be asked to opt three different choices of examination centre in order of their own preference.
10. Now, the candidate is required to fill in Education Details and then click “submit”.
11. Now, candidate is required to upload documents.
12. The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black pen in running hand.
13. After all details are filled in the Application Form, candidate has to verify all the details on the Print Preview page and after clicking the check box, the “Payment” button shall be visible. After making payment, the application form shall be finally submitted and no change/ alteration shall be allowed.
14. The candidates must take printout of the finally submitted online application form.
